I don't vouch for the accuracy of  MacKenzie's efforts and work.  It is information which may yield a clue, a hope, a possibility, a direction, and for the portions which are "correct"  .. may someone benefit.

1.  John Conklin born in Nottingham, England about 1632, was the eldest son of Ananias Conklin and Mary Launder who were married Feb. 23, 1631. His parents brought him to Salem, Mass., before June 25, 1638.  He accompanied them to Southold about 1650 and to East Hampton 1653, and then pushed westward to seek his fortunes in the settlements nearer to New Amsterdam.  He was living in Flushing in 1665 when he bought land in Rye from John Budd.  He lived in Rye until 1676 when he sold his land
there to John and Joseph Horton and moved to Eastchester where he died before 1698.  He and wife Helena had children:

2. Nicholas (John) probably b. Rye about 1666, married Sarah (dau. of John) Hunt resided in Eastchester.  In 1711 he was one of the purchasers of the Kakiat Patent (Haverstraw) and moved there about 1720.  Children:

3.  Deliverance (John) b. Rye about 1670, settled in New York where he married Oct. 2, 1695 Engeltje (dau. of Matthys) Buckhout.  He moved to Philipsburgh about 1697.  He probably lived on the lower part of the Pocantico River on the 305 acre leasehold later occupied by his grandson David Conklin and bought from the Commissioners of Forfeitures by his great grandsons John and Isaac.  Children:

5. John (John) b. Rye about 1674, married Mehitabel (dau. of George Tippet), widow of Joseph Hadley.  They lived in Yonkers.  The census of 1698 lists his family as his wife Mehitabel, his step-children Joseph and Mehitabel Hadley and his two children:

CONKLIN II

1.  John Conklin born in Nottingham, England, married Jan. 24, 1625,
Elizabeth All??ebrook.  He came to Massachusetts with his brother
Ananias.  They were living in Salem before June 25, 1638 and established
there the first glass works in America.  He received a grant of land of
four acres May 30, 1639.  Before 1644 he moved to Southold, L.I. in the
part of the town known as Hashamomack.  He was a freeman of Connecticut
in 1662.  Some time after 1665 he moved to Huntington where he died
1684.  His will dated May 23rd. names children:
