John Robbins of Huntington, in 1670 sold land there to Benj'm Jones. In 1680 he sold land at Matinecock reserving certain apple trees and a nursery of Apple and Peach trees. On the 25 of 5th month, 1747, there was laid out to John Robbins and Jeremiah Robbins, land which was formerly conveyed by Robert Williams unto John Robbins, and descended from the sd John Robbins to his son Jeremiah Robbins, and from him by Will to his two sons above named.
