Captain Nathan (1720-1807)

Captain Nathan Horton served in the Revolutionary War after moving to Roxbury, Nj from Southold, Suffolk County, Ny

CAPTAIN NATHAN5 HORTON  (CALEB4, BARNABAS3, CALEB2, BARNABAS1)1 was born 1720 in Southold, Suffolk County, NY, and died August 1807 in Roxbury (now Chester), NJ.  He married MEHETABLE CASE2 1749 in Southold, Suffolk County, NY2.

     EAGLES7,  July 10, 1783, New York, NY7; b. December 01, 1766, Westchester County, NY7; d. May 17, 1834; Both are buried 
     in the Original Three Forks Baptist Church Cemetery, Watauga County, Nc.8

vi. ZEPHANIAH HORTON10,11,11, b. November 13, 1760, Roxbury (now Chester), NJ; d. May 04, 1844, Buncombe (now Yancy)
