Woolsey or Half Hollow Hills Cemetery

Located on Half Hollow Road, just to the west of Deer Park Avenue, this small cemetery has two names. The "Huntington Historic Cemeteries" booklet calls it "Woolsey Cemetery." Mrs. Nellie R. Scudder called it "Half Hollow Hills Burial Plot" in her inventory done about 1912.  The data below was copied from Mrs. Scudder's "Scudder Collection of Long Island Genealogical Records" available at the Huntington Historical Society or on L. D. S. microfilm. This cemetery is a Town of Huntington Local Historic Site.

Copied from the "Scudder Collection," page 1449.
