Gaylore or Platt Brush Farm Cemetery

This small cemetery is located on Gaylore Drive, off Old Country Road, just west of Deer Park Avenue, in the Dix Hills section of the Town of Huntington. Mrs. Nellie Scudder called it "plot on Platt Brush Farm, Dix Hills" in her ca. 1912 inventory found in her "Scudder Collection of Long Island Genealogical Records" found at the Huntington Historical Society or on L. D. S. microfilm. The cemetery is now a Town of Huntington Local Historic Site.
