William M. Simonson exonerated Schlimm, but arrested and fined six boys for causing the
accident by racing on bicycles without lights; each of the following were fined $5.00 by
Justice Simonson: Edward Scheiber, Fred Peters, Daniel Kinsella, Charles Rohrbach,
Joseph Schmitt, and Tony Orden
